Friendly staff, Nice and clean rooms, Quiet location. Requested No smoking, They did not have any and manager upgraded me to a Non-smoking suite for the same price. I would highly recommend! They definingly listen to your requests. Hotel was under renovations during our stay, overall great!
Room was clean bed comfy. My only complaint is there was a slight smell of something- stallnest- not a word or smoke smell. Luckily I was so tired I fell asleep. The front desk was nice and staff was friendly and pleasant. And the price was good.
Great service from staff and the room was really clean . I wish I wasn’t in such a rush I would’ve enjoyed the breakfast it smelled so good . Would definitely recommend and I plan on making frequent visits whenever I’m in the area
Stayed for four nights. The room was nice and clean. But the only thing was we did not get any service to the room. We had to keep reusing the same towels. But we didn't get that dirty on our trip so it was not that big of a deal. The price was right compared to the other hotels close to that area. Will probably return. Next time we go visiting in Reidsville North Carolina.
Overall the rooms were clean except a few cobwebs in the corners. Had a really good time. people were very nice at the desk. Book really early in advance. If you need a downstairs room, we ended up upstairs, but we ended up getting a room downstairs the next day they accommodated us very nicely. Coffee in the room is not really that good but it’s not far to the office to get a real nice cuppa coffee . I would stay here again. Prices are pretty good. A whole lot cheaper than Eden North Carolina at the Baymont. I give it a five star. We’ll see them again in the future.
Available at decent price last minute. Stains on bedding. No smoke detector in room. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Good stay for the price. Big room refrigerator microwave although I didn't need it. However do not come here expecting a breakfast in the morning. As it was a few pieces of bread some cereal and of course your standard waffle maker. My coffee maker was not cleaned out either. But worth the 60 bucks
I can tell they have been working hard to renovate. I would have given a 5, but my bathroom was not the cleanest, and I couldn't get any wash cloths, so I had to wash with the same one for days. Had to pay way more for a room because of the event going on. But the staff was very friendly and did try to be helpful with what they had to work with. So suggestions here... make sure you invest in some linens and add plugs that accommodate the USB charges that everything is coming with now days.
